YOUR AID FOR HEALTH (YAH), is delivering lifesaving maternal, newborn, and child health services across Lakes, Central Equatoria, and Western Equatoria States. Through strengthening health facilities, mentoring skilled providers, deploying community health workers, and expanding immunization outreach, the project is reducing preventable deaths and improving access to quality care for mothers, newborns, and children under five. By reinforcing referral systems and ensuring essential commodities, YAH is building resilient health systems that bring hope and health to vulnerable communities in South Sudan.

YOUR AID FOR HEALTH (YAH) is committed to empowering adolescents and young people in South Sudan with access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information and services. Through community outreach, school-based education, and youth-friendly health facilities, the project equips adolescents with knowledge on family planning, HIV prevention, menstrual health, and gender-based violence awareness. By fostering safe spaces and strengthening referral systems, YAH ensures that young people can make informed decisions, protect their health, and build brighter futures free from preventable risks

YOUR AID FOR HEALTH (YAH) is working to reduce the burden of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in South Sudan through prevention, and awareness initiatives. The project strengthens community outreach, promotes testing and counselling, and expands access to antiretroviral therapy and essential medicines. YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) is scaling the Friendship Bench initiative to provide early, community-based mental health support for young people in South Sudan. Using trained lay counselors to deliver structured problem-solving therapy, the project addresses anxiety, depression, and trauma among youth aged 10–30. By embedding the intervention in schools, clinics, and community spaces, YAH is reducing stigma, increasing access to care, and building local capacity for sustainable mental health services.
