Protection
Child Protection
YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) is dedicated to safeguarding children from violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse by strengthening community-based protection systems across South Sudan. Through awareness campaigns, school and community engagement, and survivor-centered referral pathways, the project empowers families and local leaders to create safe environments where children can grow and thrive. By integrating child protection into health, education, and emergency response programs, YAH is ensuring that vulnerable children receive the care, support, and opportunities they need for a brighter future

Safe Spaces
YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) is creating Safe Spaces where children, adolescents, and women can access protection, psychosocial support, and essential services in a secure and nurturing environment. These spaces provide opportunities for learning, counseling, and community dialogue, while also serving as hubs for GBV prevention, child protection, and youth empowerment activities. By fostering trust and inclusion, YAH ensures that vulnerable groups have a safe environment to heal, grow, and build resilience for a brighter future.

Advocacy Campaigns
YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) is leading advocacy campaigns to amplify community voices and influence policies that protect health, education, and human rights in South Sudan. By engaging youth, women, and local leaders, the project raises awareness on critical issues such as GBV prevention, child protection, and access to essential services. Through media outreach, stakeholder forums, and grassroots mobilization, YAH is driving positive change, reducing stigma, and ensuring that vulnerable populations are represented in decision-making processes that shape their future.

GBV Prevention
YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) is committed to preventing gender-based violence (GBV) by empowering communities with awareness, education, and access to protection services. Through youth engagement, community dialogues, and survivor-centered support, the project challenges harmful norms, promotes equality, and strengthens referral pathways for timely assistance. By working with schools, local leaders, and health facilities, YAH is building safer environments where women, girls, and vulnerable groups can thrive free from violence and discrimination

Referral Pathways
YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) is strengthening referral pathways to ensure that individuals in need of urgent health, protection, and psychosocial services are connected quickly and effectively to the right support. By building strong linkages between communities, health facilities, and specialized service providers, the project improves emergency response, reduces delays in care, and enhances accountability. Through training, community awareness, and coordination with partners, YAH is creating a seamless system that guarantees timely assistance and better outcomes for vulnerable populations across South Sudan

Clinical Management of Rape
YOUR AID for HEALTH (YAH) provides survivor-centered clinical management of rape services to ensure timely, compassionate, and comprehensive care for those affected. The project strengthens health facility capacity to deliver emergency treatment, post-exposure prophylaxis, STI prevention, and psychosocial support, while safeguarding dignity and confidentiality. By training health workers, establishing clear referral pathways, and raising community awareness, YAH is reducing stigma and ensuring that survivors receive the medical and emotional support they need to heal and rebuild their lives
